Blue Öyster Cult ist eine amerikanische Rockband, die 1967 gegründet wurde. Sie ist vor allem für ihre Songs „Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll“, „(Don’t Fear) The Reaper“ und „Burnin‘ for You“ bekannt. Die Band tritt immer noch auf und ihr jüngstes Album „The Symbol Remains“ wurde 2020 veröffentlicht.
